The Beyond the Wall sake collection is a limited edition that celebrates the manga Attack on Titan.
This sake is a Junmai Ginjo (55%) made with Yumesasara rice known for bringing notes of fresh melon. Mikasa is a heroine, a strong girl who always supports Eren. This sake is elegant and smooth. Very light with subtle fruit notes, it goes well with rather light dishes.

The Kikunsato distillery is located in the NASU region in the northeast of Tochigi prefecture. This region offers ideal conditions for sake rice, with large temperature differences, terraced fields and good water quality. The rice used to produce Beyond the Wall sake is grown locally by farmers in the area.
