ETSU ORIGINAL:

Etsu is one of the first Japanese Gin on the market. Etsu means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. This gin was developed by the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido following the story of an ancestral Asian recipe which requires various herbs, spices and citrus fruits, some of which can only be found in Asia (berries, peppers , citrus…). The particularity of Etsu gin lies in the persistent presence of orange peel and yuzu, this yellow citrus fruit very popular in Asia.

TASTING NOTES:

DRESS: Clear, transparent.
NOSE: Floral and vegetal, pronounced notes of citrus and Yuzu.
MOUTH : Fresh and well balanced with peppery notes and a hint of liquorice.
FINAL : Round, supple, silky.

ETSU DOUBLE YUZU:

Etsu Double Yuzu Gin has been macerated for seven days using traditional Japanese botanicals such as Japanese yuzu, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, coriander and matcha.
Etsu Double Yuzu Gin is fresh with citrus notes, using natural ingredients, giving this gin a unique and light finish.

TASTING NOTES:

DRESS: Clear, transparent.
NOSE : Fresh citrus fruits of lemon and Yuzu.
MOUTH: Yuzu, citrus, lovely freshness.
FINAL: Round, supple

ETSU PACIFIC OCEAN WATER

Etsu Pacific Ocean Water Gin is distilled at the Asahikawa distillery in Hokkaido, the second largest of the archipelago's four main islands, but the second largest
less populated.
Spring water from the mountains and sea water from the Pacific Ocean are added to carefully selected plants, such as juniper berry, bitter orange peel, licorice root,
angelica and coriander to produce this unique gin, which captures the Japanese coast in a bottle.

TASTING NOTES:

DRESS: Clear, transparent.
NOSE: Iodized, fresh.
MOUTH: Iodized and round, balanced by Yuzu.
FINAL: Round, supple, a surprising gin.
