This Pure Malt Sherry Cask is expressed on the nose with notes of ripe fruit and chocolate coming from maturation in sherry barrels for more than 3 years. The palate mimics the nose with additional notes of citrus and lemongrass. The flavor is very balanced. It is subtly reduced with spring water from Daisen Mountain.

TASTING NOTES:
DRESS: Amber.
NOSE: Soft. Scent of dried herbs. Aromas of dried fruits, citrus and chocolate.
PALATE: Concentrated on sherry, notes of licorice, dried fruits, lemon.
FINAL: Balanced. Sweet lingering bitterness
