Through the production and sale of rice that takes advantage of the natural flavor and nutrition of rice, they contribute to the realization of a healthy, bright and rich diet, the development of rice culture in Japan and improving Japan's food self-sufficiency rate. With this business philosophy, they were established in November 2007 in Nyuzen-cho, Toyama Prefecture, as a company that manufactures and sells sterile packaged cooked rice.
Nyuzen City, Toyama Prefecture, is rich in nature and enjoys the blessings of water. They have natural water from the Kurobe River Alluvial Spring Group, which was selected as one of the top 100 waters certified by the Ministry of Environment, as well as an ocean water catchment facility deep adjacent to their factory.
Water is important for cooking rice. Using natural water from the Kurobe River alluvial fan cluster, they cook their fluffy and delicious rice without adding anything else. Additionally, the factories that cook the rice become extremely hot. They use cold energy from deep ocean waters to cool the factory, and since their inception they have also been working on environmental measures to reduce CO2 emissions.
In recent years, rice consumption has declined due to declining birth rates, aging populations and changes in living conditions. They hope to make rice consumption easier and more delicious, despite the decline in its consumption, make it useful in daily diet, eliminate the abandonment of rice and protect rice and agriculture, which are the food of Japan base.
Their employees will continue to work together, without compromising quality, to deliver delicious, nature-rich dishes from Nyuzen-cho, Toyama Prefecture, to restaurant tables not only in Japan but around the world.
