Description :
This matcha is ideal for the tea ceremony or to be drunk in the traditional way. It is best drunk in the morning until early afternoon, due to its very high theine content.
Flavor:
Smooth, slightly bitter and rich in umami.
Infusion:
Sieve 2 g of matcha tea into a bowl, pour 7cl of water at 70°C, then quickly whisk the tea for 30 seconds with a bamboo whisk (chasen).
Conservation :
Store in a dry, cool place, protected from light.
