The Beyond the Wall sake collection is a limited edition that celebrates the manga Attack on Titan.
This sake is a Junmai Ginjo (55%) made with Yamadahnishiki rice. This is the unique "Titan" model. This titan is called "Daina Fritz". "Daina" is the name of the sake brand and "Dina" is the name of a woman (she will be titan later). The pronunciation is the same, it's a play on words! This is the same sake as Levi, but lower in alcohol (without adding water). This sake is accessible in terms of tasting, and its taste is very deep.

The Kikunsato distillery is located in the NASU region in the northeast of Tochigi prefecture. This region offers ideal conditions for sake rice, with large temperature differences, terraced fields and good water quality. The rice used to produce Beyond the Wall sake is grown locally by farmers in the area.
