This Konjac rice is made in the traditional way in Japan in the Gunma region!
Konjac is composed mainly of Glucomannan, which contributes to weight loss (*1) and the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (*2).
Our innovative manufacturing process reduces conservation water by 40% and largely neutralizes the typical fishy odor of Konjac which disappears completely after rinsing.
Rich in fiber - vegan - Gluten-free - 14 kcal per 100 g - Ready in 3 minutes.
(*1) At a daily consumption of 3g min. of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each (50g of drained pasta), with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and as part of a low-calorie diet.
(*2) The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 4g of glucomannan (200g of drained pasta). It is important to have a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consumption with plenty of water recommended to ensure ingestion of the substance to the stomach.
