Sake family Sparkling Junmai
Alcohol 7%

This sparkling sake was designed with a Japanese-style champagne. It has a low alcohol content, 7°C, about half that of sake, making it a light and refreshing drink. It is made from “Niki Tatsu” sake, produced by the brewery for over 120 years.

Alcohol content: 7°

Appearance : The foam is rapid, the bubbles are thick then fine. The sake is bright, clear and colorless with a slight silvery sheen.

Nose: The first nose is discreet. We find some notes of grated coconut and lychee when aerated. There are also discreet touches of almond and nashi pear.

Taste: The attack is slightly pearly and sweet. There is a delicate aroma, always on coconut milk and grated coconut with a hint of pineapple. There are some touches of rice and stone fruits like peach. It’s a simple, refreshing sake.

Finale: The finish is floral on jasmine.

Agreement: You can enjoy it as a chilled aperitif, like a Japanese champagne or combine it with fruit juice like a mimosa but also during or after a meal, especially with fruit desserts .

Tasting temperature: Cold (5°-10°) or chilled (10°-12 °)

Ingredients:< /strong> Water (47.4%), sake (rice, koji, alcohol) (47.2%), sugars (5%), acidifier (E330) (0.2%), carbon dioxide (0.2% )

Conservation : Store in a cool place and protect from light.

Minakuchi Shuzo Brewery was founded by Daishichiro Minakuchi in 1895 in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture and remains the only brewery in Matsuyama. For more than a century, the Minakuchi Shuzo brewery has maintained close ties with the Dogo hot springs, known as Dogo Onsen, and has always favored the use of ingredients from local agriculture for the brewing of its sakes, beers and other alcoholic beverages. Indeed, the Minakuchi Shuzo brewery is surrounded by a rich environment, where "Matsuyama Mii" and "Shizuku Hime" rice, perfect for brewing sake, grow in abundance and where the water is pure. The brewery is constantly renewing itself thanks to innovative alcohols, brewed respecting ancestral methods. Minakuchi Shuzo also contributes to the tourism development of the region not only thanks to its popular drinks after enjoying the hot springs or as souvenirs but also thanks to its two-story wooden building typical of the Taisho era and listed as a heritage site. national. Awarded numerous times for its quality sakes, the Minakuchi Shuzo brewery is a real treasure for both the taste buds and the view in the city of Matsuyama.
