Coedo Shiro Japanese beer in bottle - COEDO SHIRO 333ML

“A fruity fragrance reminiscent of apple and banana, a sweet bitterness and a smooth texture characteristic of non-filtration.

A wheat beer with bright whitish colors, characteristic of unfiltered beers. The sweet fragrance of wheat malts and the yeast specially selected for them are reminiscent of fruit, offering a soft but full sensation in the mouth as well as a feeling of freshness when swallowing. Despite its unique taste, it is named "Shiro" after its soft and enveloping characteristics as well as its color.

“Shiro”

Ingredients: Malt (including wheat malt), hops

Beer style: Hefeweizen

Alcohol content: 5.5%

Storage: Refrigerate

“Shiro” means “white” in Japanese.

The history of Japanese beer is both centuries old and recent: indeed, the Japanese have been brewing traditional beers for centuries, but it is only since the 19th century that Western or classic beers have been brewed there. The brewing industry today makes Japan not only a very large consumer, but also a very large producer of beer. Five breweries share most of this market today:

- Asahi Breweries
- Kiuchi Brewery
- Kirin Brewery Company
- Sapporo
- Suntory
