Description :
Arares are puffed and crispy balls of rice. These rare products are produced without GMOs and are gluten-free. They were created to be as small as possible while maintaining a crunchy and light texture, hence their name “masago” which means “fine sand” in Japanese. Flavor: The small puffed rice balls are crispy in the mouth.
Use :
They are used to give texture. In Japan, they are used as breadcrumbs for tempura, or in ochazukes, miso soups. They will add crunch to your chicken and salmon breadings but also your California rolls. You can sprinkle them on your salads, broths, pastas, etc. On the sweet side, they will decorate your verrines, chocolate, fruit skewers, cakes.
Conservation :
Store in a dry, cool place, protected from light.
Ingredients :
100% rice powder.
